CHOLERA AT ADRIANOPLE

Belgrade, January 20. Cholera has broken out among the Turkish troops at Adrianople. Dr. Carter, of the Red Cross Brigade, lias succumbed at Uskub from typhoid. THE NATIONAL ASSEAIBLY. Constantinople, January 20. The National Assembly will consider the situation on Tuesday.
