SATISFACTORY YEAR’S WORKING.

New Plymouth. January 17

In the annual report of the Harbour Board, the chairman shows that there has been a satisfactory increase in shipping and revenue, the working account showing a profit of £7360 despite the extraordinary expenditure on the wharf, etc., which would be non-recurrent. At the end of the year there remained £37,471 loan moneys unexpended. Wharf extension will be completed in March.
