CENTRAL DISTRICTS. Dunedin, January 10. The weather was unfavourable today for the cricket match between the South Melbourne team and 22 representing the Central District Association. Heavy rain fell over night, and before play started a hailstorm war experienced. South Melbourne made 180 in their first innings (Ciller 63. Kyle 34, Kenney 33), The Central Districts made 154 for seven wickets in their second innings (F. Fisher 51, R. Edie 22, C. Echo 16), The innings was then declared closed, leaving the visitors to get 97 to win. The visitors made 94 for four wickets (Scott 37 ; Deas 29), and the match was, there fore drawn.
