WOOL SALES. (Received 11.35 a.m.) London, January 9. At the Antwerp sales 2879 bales were offered and 2001 sold. There was a numerous attendance of English and German buyers. There was a general advance of 5 per cent, arid fine crossbreds dvancod 10 per cent. (Received 10.46 a.m.} Melbourne, January 9. Wheat.—£3 6s 9d to £3 7s. FlourOld £9 10s; new £8 10s. Bran—£o os. Pollard—£6 10s. Oats—Quiet. Algerian feed/2s 3d to 2s 4^d; milling, to 2st Od. Maize—Scarce; 4s 2d. Peas—£3 10s to £4 25.. Potatoes— Firmer; £4 os to £4 15s. Onions— Easier; £4 5s to £4 10s.
