THE PROVTNOTAL TOURNAMENT. A very enjoyable series of games wore ployed on the local green yes-i terday, members being anxious to get into form for the Banner Match ag-| nip st West End, to be played at Strat-| ford on the 16th instant. Six rinks will be engaged. For the Provincial Tournament which eventuates at New Plymouth on January 28th, 29th, and .‘loth, it was intended to select three rinks, but very great difficulty was experienced in getting together the third. Stratford will therefore be represented by only two rinks, namely : Messrs Porritt, Black, King, and Smart (skip); and Messrs J. Masters. McMillan, R. McK. Morison, and; Sangster (skip),
