TIKORANGI COW-TESTING ASSOCIATION.
RESULTS FOR DECEMBER. During December twelve herds were tested, and the results were found as under;—The average herd yield was 34.511 b of butter-fat, being six above the average, and six below. The highest herd average was 40.971 b butterfat. The lowest 29.13. The highest cow gave 60.71 b butter-fat; the lowest 12.01 b. The ten highest cows averaged 54.71 b butter-fat, the ten lowest 17.321 b.
