STD. KEMP’S STAMINA. At the Kemp Professi »nal Sculling Club’s regatta cm the Parramatta Bivor, a display of wonderful endurance and .stamina was given by Syd. Kemp, who rowed in five of the six races. He rowed in the first race of the day, and while the second heat was being rowed he changed from a Gladeville skiff to a best boat, and sculled up the river again to start in the next ritce. When that race finished, he changed back to his Gladstone, and won the final of the first event. From this he immediately changed into a heavy boat, and rowed second, and then he joined bis sister, Miss Fern Kemp, and won the mixed double sculls with her. This last race was so gruelling that Miss Kemp almost collapsed at the finish, and Syd. turned round again and rowed her home. It was a splendid performance. Ho not only put up a fine race against fresh men in each event, but of the five events be won three. The function was well managed.
