(By “Kitty.”) The following will represent Stratford against Waitara for the banner competition on Boxing Day at Waitara:—Porritt, Fookes, MacDonald, Smart (skip); Masters, Sanderson, King, Sangster (skip); Edgecombe, Black, Curtis, Wake (skip). During the week two matches have been played for the Feathers’ “Pairs” competition —Fookes and Smart (skip) v. Brake and MacDonald (skip), and Fookes and Smart v. Porritt and R. McK. Morison (s). In both cases tho present holders won after well contested games. On Wednesday afternoon a match Ancient v. Modern- will he played. Rinks will he picked on the green at half-past two.
