Report.
At the Haymarket on Saturday last 1 had a full yarding of pigs, lambs, and sundries. There was a large attendance and prices ruling were a little easier and a clearance was mooted at the undermentioned prices : Weaners 7s to 17s 6d, slips £1 2s to £1 4s, small stores £1 5s 6d to LI os 6d, medium do. up to £1 9s, lambs 11s 9d to 16s. set harness £3 10s. At the Mart: Poultry Hens Is: to Is On, roosters is 3d to la 7d, ducklings s 7d, ducks Is 9d to 2s Id geese 2s 9d to 3s Gd, turkeys 5s 6d to 10s Gd, potatoes 14s cwt, onions 2d pei ). furniture and sundries at usual rates. Fruit: Cherry plums 2s Gd to 4s.
The Mew Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., .Limited and Deduced, have received the following cablegram from their London house under date 19th instant :—Sheepskms : Merino and crossbred sheepskins short and shorn, are fd to Id highei ; ethers are id higher.
