WEATHER FORECAST.
The Government Meteorologist (Rev. D. C. Bates) telegraphed this afternoon as follows:
The indications are for southerly winds, moderate to strong prevailing. The weather will become cold and changeable, but there is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather predominating. The barometer lias a rising tendency.
