Bibu, Clark’s former servant, in evidence, said that Clark called him into liis bedroom and gave him three powders, and ordered him to put them in the M on) Sahib’s tea. He promised 50 rupees to Bibu, and threatened to throttle him if anything leaked out. Witness handed the .Mem Sahib the powders, and said that he wanted to leave, and she gave him .his wages, file Court announced that owing to the chemical report Clark and Mrs. Fulham would lie charged with the attempted poisoning of Fulham at Meerut, in 1911, and also with his actual murder at Agra, in November.
