THE PREMIER AT DUNEDIN

(Per Press Association.) Dunedin, December 5. Mr Massey stated to-day that the Resident Commissioner of Cook Islands would be appointed at the first meeting of the Cabinet, probably this week.

The successor, to Mr Campbell as Tax Commissioner would also be made.

The Prime Minister proposed to make an extended tour of the South Island in March.
