(Received 9.15 a.m.) .Melbourne, December 5. Speaker Willis paid a visit to the Federal Parliament. In an interview he said that when he became Speaker the Oppositionists were like cubs, but he left them like lambs; all well trained, and now fit to be Sunday school teachers. He thought that, the coming elections would bring changes, but when all were oyer the balance of power would rest with him. He was a non-party man and would continue to govern the country, which was safe if he had the balance of power. There was no doubt about that, he added.
