WEATHER FORECAST.
The Government Meteorologist (Rev D. C. Bates) telegraphed this afternoon as follows - The indications are, for northerly moderate to strong winds prevailing but freshening after about 16 hours. Mild and hazy conditions with increasing haze and cloudiness and rain probable later. Barometer unsteady after about 16 hours.
