WEATHER FORECAST.
The Government Meteorologist (Rev. D. C. Bates) telegraphed this afternoon as follows: The indications are for variable and moderate breezes, but southerly-mod-erate to strong winds prevailing. Weather probably cool and changeable and misty, with coastal showers. The barometer has a rising tendency.
