Spence is confronted with the huge task of converting into money a large portion of his stock within a short time. His tenancy of this shop expires on November 30th, and ns the new tenants take possession on December Ist, there is only a limited time left to got out. No other suitable premises are available at the present time so Mr. Spence has no alternative but to endeavour to realise.
