DAVIS CUP CONTEST.

BRITISH TEAM’S MOVEMENTS. (Received 10.0 a.m.) Melbourne, .December 3. The British tennis players were widely congratulated on their victory. After a match against New South Wales, they meet Queensland on December 13th and 14th, and thence proceed to New Zealand. The chances of sending a team to England to recover the Cup is already being discussed. Brookes and Heath will probably be able to go, but business will prevent Dunlop from making the trip. It is thought it might bo possible to secure Wilding’s services.
