(United Press Association.) Vancouver, November 27. Victoria defeated Australia by 13 points to 11. Victoria scored a penalty goal, two tries and a dropped goal, and the Australians a goal and two tries. At half-time the scores were 13 to 6. The weather was good and the ground hard.
London, November 27, The Springboks defeated Glasgow by .38 points to 3.
BOXING.
Gisborne, November 28
The Poverty Bay amateur provincial championships opened to-night. The welter-weight was the only event completed, Richardson defeating O’Connell in the only bout.

The New South Wales Amateur Athletic Association has accepted the visit of a team of American athletes and guaranteed its share of the cost of four athletes. Smithson, whom New Zealand advices mention, is not mentioned in Mr Unmack’s letter. The Kahanamoku team of native swimmers and divers visits Australia in 1913.
