A Renter’s telegram says that German puldic opinion appreciates the British consistent and moderate policy of unanimity between Germany and Britain, which id a happy augury for the development of Anglo-German relations.
Berlin, November 28. The Volkseitung, the organ of the Catholic Centre, says a conference between the Kaiser and the Archduke Franz Ferdinand resulted in an understanding that Austria and Servia shall settle the dispute alone, provided the conflict is localised. If Russia joined Servia, then Germany would help Austria..
