REBELS ATTACK RAILWAY
Ilposo, November 23
A train has arrived with American refugees, who report that tlie rebels destroyed the bridges of the Mexican Central Railway and fired fusillades at the train. The women and children were panic-stricken. The rebels are in the native northern districts.
