Owing to losing the tenancy of one of his shops (the clothing and mercery department, and half the showroom;, Mr. A. Spence is confronted with the lingo task of converting into money a large portion of his stock within a short time. His tenancy of this shop expires on November 30th, and as the new tenants take possession on December Ist, there is only a limited, time left to got out. No other suitable premises are available at the present time so Mr. Spence has no alternative but to endeavour to realise.
