A number of leading Young Turks, (including tlje editor .qf the ‘Tanin’ and .Djela Biey; ex-MiUniter of the Interior), in connection with a plot to overthrow the Government, and many officers at the front, have been arre ted for fomenting a propaganda to restore Abdulla Hamid. A Turkish magazine exploded nonSalonika. Ninety-five were killed, including fifteen Greek cavalry. Belgrade, November 17. The Servians have captured all the positions commanding Monastic. London, November 16. A Mansion House Fund has been opened for non-combatant sufferers by the war.
