Sydney, November 7. Charles Towns is willing to accept Arnst’s offer to allow any sculler m Australia 10 seconds over the Parramatta course. Arnst announces that ho is willing to race Towns in twelve weeks for £2OO a side, or all the best scull ops in Australia for a sweepstake of £IOO apiece, Arnst allowing the crowd 10 seconds at the finish. Arnst does not desire to interfere with Pearce’s trip to England, but is willing to row Pearce for from £2OO up to .£SOO, allowing 10 seconds at the finish. Towns wants the allowance at the ;start.
