FAVOURABLE CONDITIONS. (Per Press Association.) Palmerston, November 1. For People’s Day av the Palmerston Show there was glorious weather, and a great crowd is in town from all nart-i of the Island. The wet conditions of yesterday entirely disappeared, and everything points to a most succo r ful day.
