The Poverty Bay Turf Club’s, meeting was concluded to-day in beautiful weather, though after yesterday’s heavy rain the going was still very heavy. There was a record attendance. The totalisator during the day dealt with £12,037, as compared with £9507 for the corresponding day last year, making a total this year of £22,588, compared with £18,098 for the corresponding meeting. The results were as follows:
