THE PANKHURST’S POLICY. London, October 19. The ‘Westminster Gazette’ states that the Pankhnrsts contemplate rendering the London elections _in November void by putting corrosives into the ballot boxes. (Received 21, 8.-15 a.m.) London, October 20. Miss Helen Craggs, who is a daughter of Sir John Craggs, was sentenced to nine months’ imprisonment in connection with the attack on the lit. Hon.
