THE MINERS’ COMPLAINT.
(Per Press Association.) Waihi, October 19. There are nineteen men now in custody as the result of cases since Tuesday for failing or, refusing to mid sureties. Charles Opie, Charles Gardiner, Edward Armstrong, and Daym McGinnity are being charged to-day with offensive following up. the cases are all being heard together and are likely, to continue till the afternoon. The evidence is , mostly in the direction of that given in. the former cases,.; ~ (
