Athens, October 13. The Greek Note has be on handed to the'Turkish Ambassador. Constantinople, October 13. Turkish accounts state that the Montenegrins’ advance on Scutari lias been checked. There has been heavy fighting at Tussi. The Montenegrins advancing on Gusinje Plava and Orona are encountering resistance and sustaining heavy losses.
