HOME RULE.
THROWING OUT CHALLENGES. London, October 3. Mr Kelleway, a member of the House of Commons, has accepted the challenge of a Conservative candidate to resign and contest the Bedford seat on the Home Rule plank,, provided Sir E. Carson, Mr Bonar Law or Mr F. I E. Smith will accept Mr Devlin’s challenge to contest a seat at Belfast.
