Alsop (Palmerston North) 146, 1; Miss Hargreaves (Wellington) 145, 2; Miss P. Brown (Otaki) 141, 3. Men’s Dramatic Recital.—Mr Byron Brown (Otaki) 151, 1; Mr L. W. Hanlon, 150, 2.; W. H. Hocking 133, J. S. Webb (Tokoraaru) 131. Boys’ Recitation (under 12 years). Eric Horn 121. Ladies’ Humorous Recital—Miss D. Mumford (Rangiotu) 140, 1; Miss G. M. Pees 139, 2 ; Mrs J. Pearce 138, 3. Miss P. Brown 137. ' Shakesperian Dialogue.—Miss Paulino Brown and Mr Bryon Brown 148, 1 j Miss I. Alsop and Mr E. Palliser 130, 2. Men’s Humorous Recitation.—Mr J. K. Hornblow (Foxton) 146, 1; Mr S. W. Oliver 141, 2; Mr Byron Brown and Mr W. Fabar dead-heated for third place.
