Thompson, land agent, publishes particulars of a house and section, which ho offers for sale on very easy terms. Attention is drawn to remind farmers of the dairy sale to be held by the N.Z. L. and M. Agency Co., on Friday, on account of Mr M. T. Phillips. Some fine grade cows will bo sold, and each cow will bo guaranteed sound and good. In another column, Mr Newton King furnishes particulars of his Haymarket and Mart sale, which will lie hold at the usual time, on Saturday next. The weekly bargain at the Cash Boot Arcade this week is gent’s glace Derby boots at 17s. Your inspection is invited. Hannah’s boot sale is still in full swing, and boots and shoes arc still able to bo procured at big reductions. Circulated with this issue is an inset which refers to the above boot sale.
