DIVORCE and ILLEGITIMACY
STARTLING FIGURES
(Received 23, 11.30 a.m.) Berlin, September 22. Statistics show that the divorces granted in Prussia, rose from 6500 in 1899 to 14.600 in 1911. Twenty per cent, of birts in Berlin, and nearly thirty per cent, of those in Munich were illegitimates.
