The A. and P. Executive met last nif/nt, wfien there were present: Hie President (Mr W. P. kirkwopci), and Messrs. S. M. Remit, I. Webu, L. Ivolleiier, 11. Dingle, a. D. Healy, E. Jackson, and 11. Masters. On the motion of Mr. Jackson", seconded by Mr. Porritb, it was decided tnat Mr. James be granted, die right io cut grass in the plantation on die north side of the creek, m return for fencing the plantation fence line uetvveen nis property and that of the Association, the right to cut die grass to be at the discretion of tno Executive, and may - bo cancelled any time after twelve months. Air. Percy Thomson was elected assistant chairman of tho Home Industries Section, and Mr. G. Bond, chairman of the Railway Committee, with, as stewards, Messrs, R. Collins, Harry Grey, Alf. Woodhead, G. Hendricks, T. Sullivan, and iVi. S. Freer, the chairman to add more if necessary. Mr. G.' gangster’s name was added to the Fodder Committee, Mr. J. Shot tor was put in charge of tho horse boxes. Mr. J. D. Healy was added to the list of ring stewards. Mr. S. M. Porritt reported that Mr. W. G. Malone had kindly placed his paddocks at the. disposal of the butterfat competition. The paddocks would be eminently- suitable for the purpose required. A very hearty vote of thanks was accorded Air. W. G. Malone for the use of his grounds. Instructions to procure fifty posts were given, arid tho Building Committee wore asked to report re tho cost of a porch for stewards’ luncheonroom, and certain other minor improvements.
