WEATHER FORECAST.
The Government Meteorologist (Rev. D. C. Bates) telegraphed this afternoon as follows: Westerly heavy gale prevailing, and vooring to south "after 24 hours. Heavy rain to he expected, with rivers flooded. Barometer unsteady, and still has a tendency to fall.
