CONSPIRACY RIPE. Constantinople, September 12. A court martial sentenced Djavid Bey, late Minister of Finance, to twenty days' imprisonment, and .Hussein J avid to a month, for publishing an article in the "Tanin" abusing the Government for surrenderinc Shawish.
A Bulgarian, on horseback, deposited a sack of flour, containing an infernal machine, in a crowded market place at Doisan. The victims were mostly Mussulmans.
