THE STRIKE AT REEFTON. (Por Press Association.) Reef ton, September 9. At a meeting of the Miners' Union yesterday it is understood that nothing was done. The officials stated that the prospects of a settlement were .brighter. It is also understood that the Union will not be represented at the Supreme Court on Wednesday, at Greymouth, when the Consolidated Goldfields, Ltd., appeal against the Magistrate's grant of protection conditional on applying to the Arbitration Court.
