OPINIONS OF A WITNESS. (Received 4, 11.-10 a.m.) A man named Coupe, who is an impjrtanb witness in the Rosenthall murder case, lias landed at Liverpool. He was urged to return, but up to tho present refuses,.-as ho declares he is ikoen, manager of a New York hotel, and knows something about tho case, lie says hardly any New York popcorn mi are trustworthy.
