OUTRAGES BY REBELS. (Rccivocd 2, 10.5 a.m.) Mexico City, September 1. The rebel commanders state that they will soon take possession of Cananea, a rich mining camp, where there are two thousand Americans, like Government troops have been withdrawn. Rebels at Vera Cruz ;."o very savage. 'I hoy hanged a man to the rafters of lids own house when he refused to give them money. They prolonged life by lowering the bodj. They tortured two men at a neighbouring ranch and hanged a dying boy. Advices from Toluca, the capital of Mexico State, report that all villages with the exception of Zacualpan and Yillagnerre are in the power of tlho rebels. HATRED OF FOREIGNERS. (Received 2, 10.5 a.m.) New York, September 1. Dr. J ames Wilson, formerly Sur-geon-General in General Madero’s army, escaped after two years’ with the rebel array, reaching his home at Tulsa, Oklahoma. Ho says that the rebels tear foreigners limb from limb by tying their legs to horses and then starting the horses in opposite directions.
