(Ter Press Association.) Auckland, September 1. The hearing of the ease against Patrick .MacManemin, charged with having stolon the well-known racing mare Soultoria, was concluded at the Supreme Court last evening. The jury, after a retirement of eight minutes, returned a verdict cf not guilty, and MacManemin was discharged.
