EIGHTY PERSONS DROWNED
(Received 31, 11 a.m.) Budapest, May 30. Floods in South-eastern Hungary demolished hundreds of peasants .lomes. The inhabitants of several vi! lages took refuge on the roofs o. 1 buildings-, but were swept away, an; before the military wore able to rescu* them eighty were drowned, mostly children and aged people.
