On Monday an appropriation of £3OO will be offered to tender to members of the Stratford Co-oparative Building Society. On the Court resuming this afternoon Manaia pleaded guilty and was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence. The Normanby Horticultural Society is to hold a monster four days' bazaar in aid of the Society's funds. The Premier will open the bazaar on Wednesday, May 29th. The Mounted Territorials returned to their homes this morning, looking a very different body of troopers to the ones who left the Stratford station last week. The week's camp at Wavcrley has worked marvellous results, arid the men appear to have enjoyed their short spell under canvas. This afternoon about twenty-six men of H Company leave for Wavcrley, to attend the ''casual camp." This camp, which consists of those Territorials who could not obtain the necessary leave to attend the Hawera camp, will muster about 150 men.
