ROBISON V. SANSON.

VERDICT FOR PLAINTIFF. (Per Press Association.i New Plymouth, May 22. Judgment was given this morning in the celebrated Matakana Island case, in which \V. C. Robison sued Henry Sansbil for specific performance. The hearing occupied several days in the Supreme Court here and was afterwards argued in \\ ollington. Judgment goes for plaintiff with costs on the highest scale.
