BURIAL INTERRUPTED.

Dunedin. May 20.

A man named Jas. W. Camming, aged forty-six years, who resided at Caversham, died on Saturday morning,

and was to have been buried to-day, hut at the last minute the funeral had to he postponed, after the relatives and friends had assembled. Intimation was received from the coroner that a post-mortem examination must he held. Deceased had been employed by the Drainage Board, and after his death his relatives served on the Board a claim for compensation, as in their opinion his death was due to gas poisoning. A medical examination, however, showed that death was duo to natural causes. An inquest will be held to-morrow.
