MR. CHURCHILL’S HONOUR
BLACKWOOD’S MAGAZINE HAS TO APOLOGISE. PAROLE NOT BROKEN. (Received 21, 10.-15 a.m.) London, May 20. Mr. Churchill’s suit against Blackwood’s Magazine, which was brought to repel the slander that he broke his parole in South Africa, has been settled. defendants paying an agreed sum and apologising. Mr Churchill denied having given m having been asked for his parole.
