(Received 16, 11.30 a.m.) Berlin, May 15. It now appears that King Frederick went for a short stroll in a Hamburg street attired in a lounge suit and was unaccompanied. He walked two hundred yards and then collapsed. He was unable to speak and was not
recognised. The body was taken to the hospital and then to the mortuary with other unknowns. It was late in the evening before he was missed from the hotel. The Queen and his daughters were alarmed and an all-night search was made, and adjutant only identifying the body at daybreak.
