Tilt ham, May 14. Messrs CL H. Buckcrielge, E. C. Goldstone and L. Hill were elected unopposed to fill the three vacancies on tea Eltham Borough Council caused by the resignations of Crs Crump (now Mayor), Basham, and Barr, An extraordinary meeting of the shareholders of the Eltham Co-opera-tive; Dairy Co. confirmed the resolutions authorising the raising of the capital from twenty thousand to forty thousand in order to instal a cheese plant.
