(Received 14, 8.15 a.m.) Constantinople, May 13

Lassan Bey, cx-Deputy for Prishtina, with three hundred Albanians of Ipek, proceeded to the mountains, threatening to proclaim a general insurrection on the ground that the Young Turks were selling land cheaply to foreigners. The Government fears that the rebels may capture sixteen thousand rifles stored at Prishtina, twelve thousand at Ipek, and ten thousand at Biakova.
