NEGOTIATIONS RESUMED FOE FOREIGN LOAN. THE POWERS SATISFIED. (Received 2, 7.10 a.m.) Pekin, May 1. The Foreign Ministers are satisfied with the Government's explanation regarding the Anglo-Belgian loan and authorised the resumption of negotiations for a sixty million loan.
