There is uneasiness in official circles at Russia’s attitude re closing the Dardenelles, which the Porte is reluctant to re-open. ITALIAN MISCALCULATION. (Received 26, 11.0 a.m.) London, April 25. The Times says Italian action in tire Aegean Sea is due to the collapse of the original plan. They previously believed that the Arabs would welcome the Italians with open arms.
