The Porte has accepted the Powers’ mediation, conditional on the maintenance of Turkey’s sovereign rights and Italy’s evacuation of Tripolitania. MINES IN THE DARDANELLES. (Received 25, 10.20 a.in.) Athens, April 24. There arc 55 floating mines in the Dardanelles. One has been found near Dcdeagatch.
